Parker B. Stiles
Owner

As a 4th generation real estate investor, it is Parker’s passion to get up every day and help people with their Real Estate related situations. He participates in multiple transactions every month, and strives to create win-win solutions for all parties involved. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his wife, Casey, at the lake or in the mountains.

Casey Stiles
Marketing & Financials

After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Casey began teaching First grade. She taught for 2 years, before making the decision to move full time into real estate, with her husband, Parker. As she did with her first grade class, Casey works to provide value to everyone she comes into contact with. In her spare time, Casey enjoys many outdoor activities, as well as yoga!

Ellie Nakamura
Head of Operations

Ellie is an experienced real estate professional with a background in coordinating residential transactions and brokerage administration. She has a passion for giving specialized customer support and finding optimized solutions for every obstacle. A Georgia native, she has lived in the Atlanta area ever since graduating with a degree in Film and Video from Georgia State University. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys hiking, lifting, and relaxing with her two rescue dogs Wilbur and Penny.

Mat Breidenstine
Branch Manager – Charlotte Division

With 15+ years of sales management experience, Mat’s passion has always been to help others see the best in themselves and assist in achieving their goals. Recently relocating from Tampa FL to the Charlotte NC area, Mat likes to spend his free time hiking, trying out new recipes on his smoker, and watching as much hockey as possible. Go Bolts!

Luke Kasian
Branch Manager – Atlanta, Charleston, & Columbia Divisions

Luke moved to the Charleston area in 2015, and ever since has found ways to get involved in his community. Upon graduating high school from Palmetto Christian Academy, he knew that real estate was what he wanted to pursue. Luke works the Charleston market, providing value to sellers in their various real estate related circumstances. Luke is a determined individual who in his free time, enjoys playing soccer and practicing mixed martial arts.

David Dotter
Dispositions Coordinator

David is a highly experienced manager, with over 30 years of expertise in Retail
Management. With a strong background in managing and optimizing retail operations, he possesses a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset that allows them to excel in their role.

Outside of work, David has a deep passion for the outdoors, finding solace and inspiration in nature. This love for the outdoors fuels his drive to find the perfect homes for clients, ensuring that each property aligns with their unique needs & desires.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David is a proud parent of two wonderful sons, aged 6 and 8. Balancing dedication to his career with commitment to family, he understands the importance of creating a nurturing and supportive environment both at home & in the workplace. With his extensive management background, genuine love for the outdoors, and dedication to family, David brings a well-rounded perspective, & strong work ethic to the role as a dispositions manager at Barrington Home Buyers.

Colby Logan
Sr Acquisitions Agent

Born and raised in the low country of South Carolina, Colby has always been passionate about helping his community. In the fall of 2020, he graduated from The University of South Carolina, Beaufort with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. He then moved to Columbia in search of an opportunity to best utilize his communication and relationship building skills within his community. Through his position with Barrington Acquisitions, he is able to do just that by providing value to the wide variety of individuals and families looking to solve their real estate problems. Colby is an easy going, yet driven individual, who enjoys working out, traveling and watching sports in his free time.

Jeffery Heavner
Sr Acquisitions Agent

Jeff moved from Greenville to Charleston in 1993. He has worked in sales for over 20 years. Jeff studied Business Administration at Trident Tech where he received his associates degree. He is also a certified Sommelier, who enjoys great food & wine with his wife, Jennifer. During his time off, Jeff enjoys playing soccer, golf, fishing and spending time with their boxer, Holden. He feels truly blessed to live in, and enjoy, everything the Lowcountry has to offer!

Andrew Merritt
Acquisitions Agent

Andrew moved to the Charleston area in 2013 after getting his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson.  Not wanting to do that for the next 40 years, he got into real estate investing in 2017 and became obsessed.  He enjoys the blend of numbers, working with people, creative problem solving, and developing different skills than he would in an engineering position.  In his spare time, Andrew loves spending time with his family, lifting, playing tennis, and woodworking.

Penn TenEyck
Acquisitions Agent

A native to Beaufort, SC. Penn started his career early in life working through various positions in the Hospitality industry. As a prior restaurant owner, Penn understands the importance of building relationships with people and is patient when addressing their needs.  Penn is attracted to anything water related. Whether going to the sandbar in his classic Boston Whaler, or paddle boarding at his family’s property in Upstate NY he is at peace on the waves. In the fall you can find him rooting for the Gamecocks at Williams-Brice Stadium. Working with Barrington has allowed Penn to pursue his passion for all things Real Estate and continue to practice his desire to please his clients.  

Matt McDonald

Matt grew up in South Carolina.  After living overseas for a few years he moved back and worked a corporate job for 10 years.  After starting a family and looking for a career change he got into real estate investing.  Matt leverages his client relations and project management background to help bring order to the chaos for people who want to sell their homes.  He takes pride in being a problem solver and ensuring that people feel comfortable throughout the process.  In his spare time he enjoys traveling, playing music and spending time with his family.  Random fact:  he once climbed Mt Doom from Lord of the Rings.

Troy is a compassionate individual driven by a deep sense of purpose to empower others and foster personal growth. With a rich background in blue-collar manufacturing, Troy’s work at Barrington reflects his unwavering commitment to hard work and determination. He firmly believes in the value of “rolling up your sleeves” to achieve meaningful results. Outside of his professional pursuits, Troy finds solace in firing up the grill, mastering the art of outdoor cooking, and creating memorable experiences with friends and family. A spirited competitor, he also indulges in the exhilarating game of cornhole, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth. Troy’s devotion to his loved ones is unmatched, and he cherishes every moment spent with his family. Kristine Bautista
Transactional Coordination Assistant

Kristine got her start as a Nursing professional, and obtained many other skills throughout her working career thus far. Some of which include customer relations, financial advising, as well as administrative functions. Through these various careers, Kristine has picked up valuable communication and problem solving skills. Recently, Kristine has shifted her focus to Real Estate to help Barrington with their endeavors. In her spare time. Kristine enjoys watching animations & fictional movies, as well as going to the beach and soaking up great sunsets.
