Parker B. Stiles is a fourth-generation real estate investor and entrepreneur, renowned for building a multi 7-figure flipping operation, and lending business for investors. As the founder of Barrington Home Buyers and FastTrack Funding, he specializes in solving real estate challenges and providing hassle free funding for investment deals. Passionate about empowering others, he also leads the Private Wealth Academy, offering coaching to help aspiring investors achieve financial freedom.
Matt grew up in South Carolina. After living overseas for a few years he moved back and worked a corporate job for 10 years. After starting a family and looking for a career change he got into real estate investing. Matt leverages his client relations and project management background to help bring order to the chaos for people who want to sell their homes. He takes pride in being a problem solver and ensuring that people feel comfortable throughout the process. Random fact: he once climbed Mt Doom from Lord of the Rings.
Weston brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to the Barrington Home Buyers team. A proud husband and father, he has successfully run multiple small businesses, where his natural thirst for knowledge and love of problem-solving helped him tackle challenges and create real value. He is passionate about helping homeowners understand their options and discover the win-win solutions Barrington provides every day. Weston enjoys spending quality moments with his family and exploring new ideas that keep life interesting and rewarding.
Maria is dedicated and ensures the implementation of strategies required to sell real estate deals. She’s involved in creating marketing flyers to possible buyers who will purchase these properties. She’s not just all about deals though, she also loves exploring nature and going on a trip with her family. She’s very passionate about learning new things. Having to showcase her skills in her job and being a family woman makes her feel empowered to do her best and to achieve her goals.
Edwin has a degree in Information Technology where he used all his skills and knowledge in the contact center industry. He became a team manager where he was able to aid a lot of his peers achieve growth in their careers being the goal driven person that he is. He ventured in the Real Estate Industry aiming for better opportunities where he currently thrives working on the back end providing administrative support to the team. Edwin enjoys basketball, either the physical sport or through video games.
Casey graduated with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Afterwards, she began teaching first grade. She did this for 2 years, at which point she made the decision to move full time into the real estate business, with her husband, Parker Stiles. Casey works to provide value to all home sellers she meets. Casey enjoys many outdoor activities in her spare time, including yoga!
