By using this website or sending us your information, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is for

The site explains how we buy houses and lets you ask us for an offer on your property. Barrington buys real estate for its own account. We do not act as your real estate agent or broker, and we do not represent you in a sale. If you would like someone to represent you, you are free to hire an agent or attorney at any time.

The articles and answers on this site are general information about selling property in Georgia and nearby states. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they may not fit your situation. Please talk to a licensed attorney, accountant or other professional before you make a decision.

Offer requests

Sending the form, calling or texting us is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and you have no obligation to accept any offer we make. Nothing on this website is an offer to buy any property. A purchase happens only under a written purchase agreement signed by you and by Barrington, and the terms of that agreement control.

Any price, timeline or example on this site is general. Your offer depends on your property, its title, its condition and the market at the time. Statements such as closing "in as little as seven days" assume a clear title and a ready closing attorney.

Text message program

Only give us a phone number that belongs to you or that you are allowed to use. If you change or give up that number, please tell us so we stop texting it.

The reviews we show were written by people who sold property to us or worked with us. We copy them as written. Every sale is different, and your price, timeline and experience may not match theirs.

The text, photos, graphics and logo on this site belong to Barrington or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, publish or sell our content without our written permission.
